Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related professional area.
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Subject matter expert of functional area process and tools.
  • Collaborative and resilient with a global mindset.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a complex multinational organization.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed global environment.
  • Program and project management experience required.
  • Formal continuous improvement and project management certification/training desirable.
  • Stakeholder management experience with ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
