Key Information:
- Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 annually
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology with a Minor in Chemistry is mandatory
- Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 is essential
- Solid foundation in chemistry and knowledge of titration methods
- Familiarity with AS9100D and Nadcap standards is preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership role, overseeing team members
Daily Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee a dedicated team within the quality department.
- Manage quality assurance processes for incoming materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate internal and external compliance audits.
- Drive efforts for NADCAP certification across all organizational processes.
