Key Responsibilities- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of bakery operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service.
- Be an Expert Baker: Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Be a Technological Innovator: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement, while adapting to new tools and encouraging others to use them.
- Be a Performance Driver: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events that impact bakery volume.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training to develop, influence, and inspire them for working in a style that is respectful, supportive, and team-oriented.
- Comply with Company Policies: Implement related action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage range of $20.00 to $27.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Requirements- 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Acknowledge that the position requires successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
