We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services or acute care.
- BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 and 12 months of hire, respectively.
