Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with their daily needs, including personal hygiene and behavioral challenges
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the people you serve, promoting trust and understanding
  • Take initiative to help participants engage in their favorite activities and become part of the community
  • Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or home care preferred
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Vehicle: Must currently have a valid driver's license and have been legally authorized to drive without restriction for at least 1 year post-learner's permit
