Job Overview

Stark Tech is a leading provider of facilities and energy solutions, and we're seeking a skilled HVAC Controls Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, configuring, and operating complete temperature control building control systems and other low-voltage control sub-systems to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure temperature control building control systems and other low-voltage control sub-systems.
  • Operate and maintain existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless operation.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems, and other building systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in the integration of low-voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e., LON, BacNet, etc.).
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as smartphones, iPads, etc.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers regarding inspection and service findings.
