As a Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities related to construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all construction operations to guarantee client satisfaction
- Lead the construction team and delegate tasks to site supervisors
- Establish and monitor project timelines and budgetary constraints
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and scope of work
- Maintain thorough documentation for each project, including contracts and change orders
- Conduct end-of-day and end-of-project reviews with site supervisors
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in construction management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Capability to achieve production targets while ensuring profitability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in climbing ladders and working at heights
- Exposure to high noise levels at construction sites
- Successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws
