Position Summary:


The Senior Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions will lead our efforts in land and property acquisitions, emphasizing strategic expansion and high investment returns.

This pivotal role is essential for shaping the future of our portfolio through visionary leadership, innovative deal sourcing, and thorough due diligence.

Objectives:
To direct and enhance the capabilities of the acquisitions and development team.
To improve our deal sourcing strategies and expand our acquisitions pipeline.
To oversee and refine the entire acquisition process, ensuring optimal ROI and IRR.
To cultivate and strengthen relationships with brokers and enhance market presence.
To boost our capacity to discover off-market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the acquisitions and development teams, steering both strategic direction and operational execution.
Identify and assess new acquisition prospects in self-storage and other commercial real estate sectors.
Lead negotiations and manage the closing of transactions to secure favorable terms.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, investors, and industry experts.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
Prepare and evaluate financial analyses and underwriting for prospective deals.
Report on acquisition progress and metrics to senior management.

Demonstrated success in deal sourcing, negotiations, and portfolio management.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salaried position - $150,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience.
