Job Overview

Position Summary: A reputable pump repair organization is seeking to hire a Warehouse/Shop Helper for their operations. The responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining an efficient and safe working environment:

  • Assist technicians and machinists in maintaining cleanliness within the warehouse and shop areas.
  • Ensure that workspaces are organized and adhere to safety standards.
  • Promote and follow established safety protocols within the shop.
  • Opportunities for advancement are available for individuals with mechanical aptitude or a desire to learn new skills.
  • Perform sweeping and mopping duties as necessary.
  • Manage the cleanup of oily metal shavings and other debris produced by machinists.
  • Responsible for disposing of trash from the shop and warehouse.
  • May be required to operate a forklift, depending on operational needs.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
Working Hours: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
