Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial/Cleaning & Maintenance Attendant to join our team at Buc-ee's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually clean and use light commercial motorized cleaning equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the store.
  • Execute cleaning tasks in accordance with our store cleaning matrix to ensure a consistent and thorough cleaning process.
  • Perform light maintenance on all elements of store equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Observe and report any safety or security concerns to the General Manager to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the General Manager to ensure prompt attention.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
