As a vital member of our catering team, your role as a Catering Assistant will involve a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring it is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the menu and any special promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Oversee the operation of kitchen equipment, ensuring functionality and safety.
- Manage the point of sale system during service, adhering to established procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and in accordance with company protocols.
- Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents as required.
Work Schedule: Flexible hours as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A collaborative team player.
- Previous experience in catering is advantageous but not mandatory.
