Position Overview

Gerry's Restaurant and Bar is seeking a dedicated full- or part-time Lead Server - Hospitality Supervisor to enhance our service team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role combines hands-on leadership with direct guest service, allowing you to guide your front-of-house (FOH) team while also engaging with patrons.

Our compensation package is highly competitive, offering $16.85/hour in addition to tips. You will also receive a $350 monthly leadership bonus along with comprehensive benefits, including employee discounts, a 401(k) plan, 5 days of paid sick leave, and 3 days of paid bereavement leave. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a serving role
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is preferred
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

A degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous. Additionally, having over 3 years of experience as a lead server would be beneficial.


Daily Responsibilities

In this role, you will work during standard business hours, serving as a mentor for your FOH team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring service quality, providing constructive feedback, and training new staff members to uphold our high standards. With a positive demeanor, you will also engage with guests to ensure their dining experience is memorable.
