Key Responsibilities- Classroom Leadership: Collaborate with teachers to design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and exploration.
- Curriculum Implementation: Support teachers in delivering our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting to the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
- Safety and Well-being: Prioritize a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our students.
- Family Communication: Assist teachers in maintaining open communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and milestones.
- Center Collaboration: Work closely with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, retention, and engagement goals.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with families and colleagues, creating a positive and supportive community.
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED required; Early Childhood Education coursework preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in childcare or a passion for early childhood education is highly valued.
- State Compliance: Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including performance level, immunizations, and required health and safety training.
- Caregiving Skills: Proven ability to identify and address potential risks in a childcare setting, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.
- Physical Resilience: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds, and maintain mental and physical alertness.
