Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Hampton Health & Rehab Center. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as assigned.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and using the bathroom.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to supervisors and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation, ensuring individualized care plans are met.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
