Job Summary:

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will work under the direct supervision of a registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient experience and are committed to providing safe and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

* Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patient care and make informed decisions.
* Implement the plan of care, including vital sign checks, hygiene assistance, meal support, and mobility assistance.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
* Document patient care according to established protocols.

Requirements:

* Current Nursing Assistant Certification
* Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
