Job Overview
This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans. The successful candidate will utilize evidence-based practices, ensure compassionate communication, and coordinate care with a healthcare team while overseeing support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and develop individualized treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines, policies, and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice is required
- BSN degree is required within four (4) years from the Registered Nurse's date of hire unless the Registered Nurse has a minimum of fifteen (15) years of proven continuous Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire with prior approval
Estimated Salary and Benefits
