Critical Care Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Parkland Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, providing education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to improve patient care.
- Work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet the needs of multiple patients and families.
- Registered Nurse with New Hampshire license or active Compact License.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- CPI certification within 60 days of hire.
- PALS certification within 90 days of hire.
- TNCC within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required. BSN preferred.
