About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with TRS Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse license to work in the state of NY
  • 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse RN
  • 1 year of recent experience specializing in Intensive Care Unit
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
