Habilitation Program Supervisor

CHESCO Services is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Habilitation Manager (Full-time, first shift) at the Cheraw Activity Center. This role involves a Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with direct care personnel and clients to formulate individualized service plans based on assessed needs.
- Monitor client progress towards goals through regular interactions with both staff and clients, making necessary adjustments to plans as required.
- Ensure the accuracy of all documentation related to clients participating in the Day Program.
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions.
- Provide the fiscal department with necessary documentation, including client and staff timesheets.
- Step in for Direct Support Professionals when needed and assist the Program Coordinator in managing site operations during their absence.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • An associate degree in education, psychology, or a related field in human services.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with mental or physical disabilities is preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous.
