Job Summary

Heritage Cooperative is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Agronomy Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering agronomy products to local destinations in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Serve as a positive representation of Heritage Cooperative's Core Values by providing superior customer service and ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Maintain Equipment and Facilities: Conduct regular pre and post trip inspections, maintain necessary truck and delivery logs, and ensure equipment and facilities are in a neat, clean, safe, and environmentally sound condition.
  • Load and Unload Inventory: Load and unload inbound and outbound inventory, utilizing equipment such as forklifts and loaders as needed.
  • Abide by Safety Regulations: Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, coworkers, and customers.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Class A CDL: Hold a Class A CDL and a DOT Medical Certificate.
  • Willingness to Work Extended Hours: Be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Tanker Endorsement: Hold a tanker endorsement.
  • Previous Agronomy Experience: Have previous experience in the agronomy industry.
