Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Maritime Personnel Operations Manager to join our team at Norwegian Cruise Line. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of crew deployment, including logistics, administration, and personnel management.

About You

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective crew deployment strategies, managing travel requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to crew members. Your strong leadership skills and experience in maritime operations will enable you to motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement crew deployment strategies to meet business demands and minimize costs.
  • Manage travel requirements and needs for crew members, including air transportation, ground transportation, and hotel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with global hiring partners, embassies, and port agents to ensure seamless crew movement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to crew members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
What We Offer
