Job Title: Line Cook

Carl's Jr. Restaurants is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in the Colorado Springs area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual to support our General Manager and shift managers in the kitchen. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food orders, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to brand standards for product assembly and holding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food orders as displayed on kitchen order screens
  • Keep station clean, neat, and organized
  • Follow brand standards for product assembly and product holding
  • Take product temperatures and enter them into daily temperature tracking forms
  • Fill out date and time records for product thaw, prep, and production levels
  • Work with other crew members to fulfill orders in a timely manner
  • Filter and quick clean fryers to brand standards
  • Break down and clean equipment
  • Back of house product stocking
  • Back of House cleaning and organizing
  • Follow all food safety standards
