Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient care and administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing medical records.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience working in a hospital environment or physician practice preferred.
  • Graduate from a Medical Assistant program or equivalent within a year of employment.
  • Passing of MA certification exam within 6 months of hire.
Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to sit at a computer terminal or work station for prolonged periods, as well as the ability to squat, stand, and walk for reasonable lengths of time and distance.
