Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to lead our digital health experience design efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll shape the future of digital health by translating human needs into intuitive, impactful, and deeply human experiences.

You'll be responsible for designing innovative products that leverage traditional UX practices and cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise will enable you to create end-to-end design solutions that balance user needs with business goals, driving tangible impact and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for new products, from early-stage concepts to final delivery, iterating based on feedback and research.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate and test design ideas.
  • Bring our vision to life by shaping user experiences that evolve with our audiences and the market.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to ensure designs are rooted in real-world user needs and behaviors.
  • Use storytelling to bridge the gap between user needs and business outcomes, ensuring design is a key strategic driver across the organization.
  • Define and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across various product touchpoints.
  • Work closely with UX researchers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate user insights and data into practical and beautiful design solutions.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design or Human Factors, or a related field, plus minimum of 6 years related work experience.
  • Proven experience designing holistic, end-to-end consumer product experiences that resonate with users and drive business success.
  • A sophisticated design sensibility, shaped by a deep curiosity for both design and the world around you.
  • Experience bringing products from concept to reality, guiding them from idea to product-market fit through intentional iteration.
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • A relentless focus on understanding and addressing the real needs of users.
  • Expertise in usability and accessibility, ensuring every design is inclusive and functional for all users.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating your design rationale to a wide range of stakeholders.
