Job Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to help patients regain their independence and participate in daily activities.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • One to three years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
