Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Axon Medical Centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing patients with spine disorders, chronic pain, or neurological conditions.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a Nurse Practitioner in our Ortho Spine and Pain Management department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including patient history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions related to the spine, pain management, or neurological disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology, or a related specialty.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in ortho spine, pain management, or neurology.
