Are you enthusiastic about fitness and dedicated to guiding others in reaching their health objectives? Torch Fitness, in collaboration with Valet Living, is seeking energetic Group Exercise Instructors to conduct engaging 45-minute sessions within a premium residential community.
Location: A luxury apartment community in Arlington, VA.
Class Environment: Experience a close-knit class atmosphere with an average of 3-5 motivated participants.
Preferred Schedule:
- Evenings during the week (Monday-Thursday), 5-7 PM
- Saturday mornings, 8-11 AM
Compensation Structure:
- $35 for each 45-minute session.
- 100% of revenue from personal training sessions.

- Inspire and guide participants through dynamic fitness sessions.
- Modify exercises to suit varying skill levels and physical capabilities.
- Serve as a positive role model within the community and develop your personal brand.
Qualifications:
- Liability insurance (mandatory) or willingness to acquire it.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful fitness programs.
- Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or fitness certification (preferred).
