Job Summary:

Level Ahead ABA is seeking a professional Behavioral Therapist/ABA Specialist who is passionate about providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders, supervising Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff in treatment implementation, and providing caregivers with guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treatment Planning: Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
  • Supervision and Training: Train, supervise, and guide RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring accurate and effective delivery of ABA services.
  • Program Monitoring: Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess progress, and update treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of client progress on our data collection platform.
  • Training and Support: Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers, empowering them to effectively implement ABA strategies in their daily lives.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate treatment with other members of the client's team, fostering a collaborative and comprehensive approach to care.

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure.
  • Current malpractice insurance.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders.
  • Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, and AFFL's.
  • Strong supervisory and management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers.
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
