Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analytics and Model Consultant to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. As a key member of our Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical models to support decision-making across the company.

Your primary focus will be on utilizing complex quantitative analysis and big data engineering skills to drive growth and mitigate credit risk and fraud risk across PNC's balance sheet. You will work closely with our line of business to develop and maintain models, perform analytical work during model executions, and serve as a reliable partner to support requests from the business.

Preferred candidates will have a strong working knowledge of programming, especially using Python, and experience with relational databases, SQL, and Spark. Knowledge of CECL and CCAR is also strongly preferred. Additionally, experience with machine learning and solid technical writing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced statistical models to support decision-making
  • Utilize complex quantitative analysis and big data engineering skills to drive growth and mitigate credit risk and fraud risk

Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
  • At least 3 years of experience in credit risk or fraud modeling
  • Strong working knowledge of programming, especially using Python
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL, and Spark
  • Knowledge of CECL and CCAR is strongly preferred
  • Experience with machine learning and solid technical writing skills are a plus
