Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining profitable relationships with existing customers, as well as prospecting for new accounts. You will be the face of 360 Precision, marketing our products and services to current and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Prospect for new business, identifying potential customers and developing relationships to drive sales growth
  • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of related business-to-business sales and/or merchandising experience
  • A firm knowledge of the firearms industry, firearms, ammunition, and related accessories
  • A college degree (preferred) - or previous MIL/LEO service
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • The ability to be a self-starter and problem solver
  • Proficiency with PCs, tablets, and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)
