Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage significant industrial engineering initiatives, including the development of innovative methods, plant layouts, and new equipment installations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of equipment capacity and utilization, as well as manpower planning, which encompasses the establishment of labor standards and ergonomic enhancements.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Industrial Engineer.
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with the DMAIC process and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or possess authorization to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience in smoked meats manufacturing.
