Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards using SQL, Redshift, Quicksight, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver impactful solutions rapidly.
  • Construct dashboards that facilitate business insights and support review processes, including backend architecture and data models.
  • Work in an Agile environment to produce dashboards, analyses, and predictive models.
  • Partner with various teams, including business analysts and finance, to ensure scalable access to analytical insights.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover root causes of variances and derive actionable insights.
  • Design and implement operational best practices for reporting and analytics to support team scalability.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to develop meaningful analyses that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation using tools such as Redshift and Oracle.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software such as R, SAS, or Matlab.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and Python scripting for data processing.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and GenAI technologies to enhance data engagement.
