Overview

TruGreen, a leading lawn care services provider, is seeking a skilled Sales Territory Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling residential lawn care services to new and existing customers in a telemarketing environment. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed weekly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Sell residential lawn care services tailored to customer needs, including weed control, fertilization, and insect control.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers to increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, tracking progress toward sales goals.
  • Conduct customer retention and service calls after completion of services.

Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required; customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Certification as required by federal, state, or local law.
