Valet Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Valet Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional guest services to internal and external customers by coordinating and supervising the Valet Department. This role ensures the safe and efficient transportation, arrival, and departure of Hard Rock Casino guests and Team Member vehicles, as well as the coordination and oversight of coat check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Rockford for gaming entertainment, building and retaining guest relations, and mentoring team members to provide superior guest service.
• Provide exceptional guest service, positively impact interactions with guests and employees, and effectively handle difficult guests in various business conditions, while working harmoniously with colleagues.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service for all arriving and departing guests.
• Ensure smooth flow of traffic to and from Hard Rock Casino.
• Document safety situations, violations, or property damage.
• Handle guest complaints in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
• Maintain effective communication with staff and management.
• Assist the Manager in maintaining operations and make decisions in their absence.
• Maintain and monitor guest service standards of user departments in accordance with established objectives.
• Train, evaluate, and supervise staff to ensure employees receive adequate guidance and resources to perform job responsibilities.
• Maintain vehicles to safety, cleanliness, and reliability standards set by the department, company, and legal regulations to reflect a proper company image, minimize vehicle breakdowns, and maximize passenger safety.
• Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
