Supervisor - Valet

The Guest Services Coordinator - Valet is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at Hard Rock Casino Rockford. This role involves supervising the Valet Department, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of guests and team members, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Creates a positive atmosphere that encourages guests to return to Hard Rock Casino Rockford.
• Provides superior guest service, positively impacts interactions with guests and employees, and effectively deals with difficult situations.
• Ensures prompt and courteous service for all arriving and departing guests.
• Responsible for smooth traffic flow to and from the casino.
• Documents safety situations, violations, or property damage.
• Handles guest complaints in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
• Maintains effective communication with staff and management.
• Assists the Manager in maintaining operations and makes decisions in their absence.
• Maintains and monitors guest service standards in accordance with established objectives.
• Trains, evaluates, and supervises staff to ensure they receive adequate guidance and resources to perform their job responsibilities.
• Maintains vehicles to the standards of safety, cleanliness, and reliability as set forth by the department, company, and legal regulations.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of Valet, guest transportation, or related experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission.
• Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
