Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities- Assist with morning routines, including personal hygiene and dressing
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship
- Assist with daily activities, such as light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands
- Be 18+ years old
- Have reliable personal transportation
- Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
- Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
- Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
- High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
- Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time based on your preferences. You will have the opportunity to choose your preferred days, times, and locations.
