Mountain View Veterinary Hospital is a rapidly growing hospital located in the Pacific Northwest, providing exceptional care to our patients and supporting the growth and well-being of our staff. Our collaborative style of medicine fosters a culture of sharing and discussing cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
We have a tenured team of six veterinarians, with three having been with the practice for 19-29 years. Our six LVTs have an average tenure of over 10 years, demonstrating our commitment to retaining and developing our staff.
Our Culture and TeamWe value the growth and development of our staff, providing opportunities for professional growth and a supportive work environment. Our Medical Director, Dr. Rhonda Snyder, is a native of Thurston County and a graduate of Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She operates under the philosophy of "sleep at night" medicine, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.
Our hospital is AAHA accredited and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including in-house Ultrasound, Endoscopy, and Digital Radiography. We provide wellness care, advanced medicine, and soft tissue surgeries, making us an excellent opportunity for veterinarians who enjoy emergency medicine and client bonding.
Our Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary of $110,000 - $140,000, monthly production with no-negative accrual, and a sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO, generous CE, and more.
