Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including bathing, feeding, and dressing.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with resident care policy and procedure.
- Monitor and record vital signs, as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the Charge Nurse, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license essential.
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull equipment safely.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, supporting your career growth and advancement within our organization.
