Role Summary

A skilled Lead Soldering Specialist is required to lead our dynamic team at Corestaff Services, focusing on electronics and assembly.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of components.

  • $75,000 - $100,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Key Duties

The successful candidate will perform advanced soldering tasks on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using hand tools and power tools.

  • Soldering Tasks: Perform complex soldering tasks on PCBs using hand tools and power tools.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of electronics assembly technicians and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Equipment Utilization: Utilize equipment such as ohmmeters and calipers to test and verify the quality of soldered joints.
  • Surface Mount Technology: Work with surface mount technology (SMT) to assemble components on PCBs.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.
  • Mechanical Knowledge: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members.
