StretchLab Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Sales Associate. As the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, StretchLab Pasadena is looking for someone who can bring new members to the studio and drive membership growth.

At StretchLab Pasadena, we pride ourselves on offering world-class stretching sessions led by experts in physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. Our proprietary flexologist TM training ensures that clients receive exceptional service every time.
Responsibilities
This role will assist the General Manager in leading sales activities and booking intro classes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to learn and use our software system. Other key responsibilities include:
• Managing the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects
• Conducting tours of the facility to establish relationships and target individual needs and wants
• Emphasizing and enforcing objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Presenting available services to current or prospective members
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years in a sales-driven environment, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or health industry. Proven success in driving sales and meeting/exceeding sales targets is essential. Additionally, the following skills and qualifications are required:
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
