We are looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Membership Sales Specialist at StretchLab - Wichita East. This dynamic role involves generating leads, engaging with prospective members, and driving membership growth through effective communication of studio offerings.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into new memberships
- Support member retention by building strong relationships and ensuring a positive studio experience
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use ClubReady software system
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
- Competitive compensation based on experience: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
- Free or discounted memberships
- Commission paid on sales (10%)
