Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians in the Electrophysiology laboratory during intra-cardiac EP studies and pacemaker implants.
  • Collect and interpret data from various equipment, including monitors and associated electrophysiology study equipment.
  • Prepare patients for electrophysiology studies and pacemaker follow-up in clinic.
  • Operate various equipment, including monitors and associated electrophysiology study equipment.
  • Adhere to hospital and department policies, procedures, and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved Cardiac Electrophysiology Technologist or Cardiovascular Technician program.
  • 1 year of cardiology experience.
  • BLS certification.
