We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team at Dexian, LLC. As a key member of our Secure Network Service Management organization, you will be responsible for performing analysis, reviewing data files, creating reporting, and supporting Change Management and Service Reliability functions.
Main requirements include prior experience with support of Change Management/Major Incident/Problem management, with ServiceNow experience in those disciplines being a plus. You will be responsible for QA of all ServiceNow network security inquiries in change management and must have reporting skills to write reports for leadership.
A key requirement for this role is ITIL certification. If you have a strong background in network security and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
