The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage patient equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain a high level of productivity
The ICU is a 9-bed unit with a high acuity level, requiring a skilled and experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to provide high-quality patient care. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including MediTech Expanse EMR and Neon Kohden monitors.
