About the Role: As a Pediatric Nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing individualized care and support to help them thrive. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Current LVN license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
