Salary Range

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Claims Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with property owners, contractors, and insurance providers to ensure that our clients receive fair compensation for their damages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to job sites to gather information and create detailed construction scopes of work
  • Advocate on behalf of our clients with insurance providers to ensure timely and fair settlements
  • Build relationships with adjusters, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient claims processing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claims process

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years' experience as a cost estimator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Symbility and Xactimate estimating software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
