Join Our Team as an RNFA at Community Medical Center

We are seeking an experienced RNFA to join our team at Community Medical Center, a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital. As a member of our OR team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first assistant support to surgeons during surgical procedures
  • Assist with patient care and preparation for surgery
  • Collaborate with the OR team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies

Requirements:

  • Current RNFA certification or eligibility for certification
  • APN certification or eligibility for certification preferred
  • Current licensure to practice in NJ
  • Current OR experience and BLS required
