Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist with Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments. You will be responsible for creating and implementing treatment plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individualized physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and education, to help patients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy that the APTA recognizes.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable.
- Competitive hourly rate: $37.00 - $53.00 per hour.
