About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Supervisor to join our team at West River Mental Health. As a key member of our Full Circle program, you will provide guidance, training, and supervision to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree in the social sciences or human services field, along with two years of experience, or a bachelor's degree in a human service field, is preferred. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing guidance and training to Full Circle staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective mental health services.
  2. Supervising staff to ensure they are meeting safety and health standards, as well as providing support and resources as needed.
  3. Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  4. Developing and implementing programs and services that meet the needs of our clients and community.
