About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Program Coordinator RN to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) program, you will play a critical role in providing innovative leadership and management of clinical and select administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management of the MCS program, ensuring seamless coordination of clinical and administrative operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the provider team and various departments, including Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Blood Bank, RT, Biomed, and other related services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, streamline processes, and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Collaborate with the Nursing Manager to ensure effective program management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 6 months ECLS experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field, 3 years of Critical Care experience
